This a great looking totally original late 19th century Pine and Elm dining table salvaged from a Yorkshire workshop. It has clear industrial details with the large nuts on each corner but is very clean making it ideal for use as a dining table or kitchen island. The sizes work very well for both as the height is above average and even the lower edge is still high enough to get your knees under. The patina on this table is incredible with scars and wear consistent with use and age. The top is unusual with 2/3rds planked pine and the 1/3rd single plank of Elm I believe.
The table stands on a pine base with thick legs that are stretchered at each end fitted with dovetail joints. A real testament to the quality of the piece. Very impressive size and great character.
